XD - Extreme Duty.

The Palmer Compaines - Extreme Duty Rotary Valve is superior in design and will out last other models 4 to 1. The construction of these valves insures that they will not require the maintenance and down time like cheaper valves. Everything about this valve is heavier duty including the interior surfaces and seal protection. With this design tolerances can be set and maintained through out its life cycle. With this valve you no longer have to throw it away. It is design specifically to be rebuilt so that it will perform exactly like it did when new, with the same performance and longevity it had before.

If you're still dealing with standard "throw away" type rotary valves and aren't ready to move up the XD Valve, then you may want to look into repairing or upgrading your existing valves. Palmer is an expert in taking these type valves and making them out perform the same type replacement valve at a lower cost of ownership. When these come into our shop they are normally worn out and broken. Who in their right mind would spend money on these? You should. By sending your old valves to us your insuring that your rebuild valve will be retooled to exceed it original design life cycle.



We take what would normally be a valve that would be a write off and make it better than new. Any part of the valve that is broken or worn out is repaired. We add hard surfacing to the critical wear surfaces, beef up the bearing carriers and repair and rebore the valve body. We also modify and improve the bearing and packing seal portions of valve making the rebuild unit easier to maintain.
