Safety is our primary concern

It is our belief that all work can be completed without injury. Our employees work every day with the mindset of completing any assigned tasks with Zero incidents and accidents. Whether working in our shops or in your plant, their concentration is to complete work safely. It is our commitment to provide the safest and healthiest work environment possible for all of our valued employees.

The Palmer Companies safety education curriculum follows the OSHA 10-hour guidelines with additional topics added regularly as needed. Daily “tool box talks” emphasize the important safety concerns for the tasks assigned. Additional weekly safety meetings cover focused topics with safety education emphasis.

Our safety program is used as the minimum requirement for all on-site work. The customer’s more stringent or conservative programs or procedures can be used in addition as required.

If you have special safety considerations in your plant, please contact us in advance to assure our employees have the proper safety certification, equipment, and PPE in place before arriving on-site.
